Veolia Waste provided an information stall on Wednesday. Riverside Sunderland staff were invited to play games to find out what items can be recycled in exchange for eco-friendly prizes such as bio degradable stationary and reusable coffee cups. Colleagues were also encouraged to exchange their clothes in a clothes swap hosted in the City Hall Chamber. Key information and advice were emailed to staff to improve plastic recycling and ideas to promote sustainable fashion.
