Cycle to Work Day at The Beam

Tenants from the Beam, including Penshaw View and Ocado, enjoyed some glorious sunshine on this year’s Cycle to Work Day.

They could also take advantage of a free Bike MOT from Bike4Health, a Community Interest Company which was established in 2014. Bike4Health offer a fully equipped, expertly staffed workshop providing all levels of bike services and are registered with the Government’s Fix Your Bike Voucher Scheme.

It’s not too late to join in with the big day. Just hop on your bike, log your journey on Love to Ride and inspire others to get involved alongside you.  

• Download the Love to Ride app from the App Store or Google Play  Create your profile on the Cyclescheme Community   
• If you use Strava or Under Armour Connected Fitness, sync your tracker app to your Love to Ride account. Or, track with Love to Ride itself.   
• Log your Cycle to Work Day ride for the chance to win prizes   

We also want to see your cycling selfies, bike ride views and journey logs across social media. It’s all in the name of spreading the joy of cycling across the nation.
